So, first of all go to the co.cc website, type in your desired domain in the text box I type it in and check availibility. If on this page is says the price is 0 then you may proceed. If not, your address is to long and you must either shorten it or pay the charge. Then fill in the registration form, accept the T&C’s and click create an account now.
